Joseph W. Gelli
Joseph W. Gelli practices from the firm’s Florida office. He is a graduate of Rowan University (B.A., 1997) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 2000). He is a member of the Florida Bar (2001) and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Joe began his legal career by serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas S. Smith, Jr., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon expiration of the clerkship in September 2001, Joe relocated to Florida and entered private practice. Joe has a wide range of experience in handling civil litigation matters throughout the State of Florida.
Joe’s practice areas include commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, premises liability, personal injury, and first party property insurance disputes relating to sinkhole, windstorm, fire, mold, and water losses.
