Victoria L. Stapleton
Victoria Stapleton is the Manager of Property Litigation for the Florida Office. Victoria also serves as a paralegal at the firm’s Florida office, having joined the firm in February 2015. As the Manager of Property Litigation, Victoria oversees the management of all Property Litigation files from inception to trial while focusing much of her attention on daily goal setting, delegating tasks and implementing strategies for a more efficient team operation. Victoria works directly with the Partners and Associates of the Firm to effectively litigate all Property Litigation files. Victoria started as a legal assistant in Property Litigation and quickly ascended to the role of paralegal due to her exceptional work ethic. She is a value-driven paralegal with exceptional organizational skills with extensive experience in the areas of first party property insurance disputes including sinkholes, windstorm, fire, mold and water loss, as well as experience in personal injury, third-party liability and general litigation claims. Before joining the firm, she came from a small insurance defense practice in Tampa, Florida where she successfully supported and managed the firm’s appellate and trial support department assisting attorneys involving a wide range of litigation matters. In addition, she has worked in a variety of family law cases, including divorces, custody disputes and dependency cases.
