Brian A. Oltchick
Brian Oltchick is a partner working out of the firm’s Tampa office. Brian graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and obtained his law degree at Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the North, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Brian’s practice includes construction, premises and products liability, insurance defense litigation and labor and employment law. He also has extensive experience in defending first party insurance claims including sinkholes, termite damage, fire loss and water loss and he has successfully represented policyholders in automobile, and general liability claims.
Brian has served as lead counsel in trials in federal and state courts in Florida and has handled numerous appeals in Florida. Recently, he was part of the team that prevailed in the Goins v. Praetorian and Reconco v. Integon cases which were ruled on by the Fifth District Court of Appeals and Fourth District Court of Appeals.
Brian and his wife are both long term residents of the Tampa Bay Area. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughters and son and cheering for the Florida Gators, Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning and the Philadelphia Eagles.
