Christopher Hall is a Partner in the Tampa office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, L.L.C. He represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect, premises liability, and auto accident claims. He manages cases from pre-litigation through trial, appearing regularly in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, with a focus on achieving cost-effective resolutions. Chris leads the firm’s construction defect practice, working closely with his team to defend general contractors and subcontractors. He also provides guidance and mentorship to associates within the firm.

Before joining GYFM in 2021, Chris practiced at Hancock Estabrook, LLP in Syracuse, New York, where he handled commercial, employment, environmental, insurance defense, and personal injury matters. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

A former U.S. Army Sergeant, Chris deployed to Afghanistan as an Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Collection Manager, where he led soldiers in combat operations.

Chris earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University, where he served as Executive Editor for Notes and Comments of the Albany Law Review and was consistently named to the Dean’s List. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

In his free time, Chris enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through weightlifting, running, soccer, and hockey. He also has a passion for history and values spending time with his family and friends.
