Eberhard D. Garrison is a partner in the New Orleans office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, LLC. His practice includes defense of claims involving environmental contamination, work site and premises liability, contract and construction disputes, and automobile negligence. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar (1993). Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Eberhard spent 28 years in litigation involving the defense of and prosecution of environmental, personal injury, contract, and construction claims.

Eberhard’s education includes an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of New Orleans and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Eberhard has represented clients that include land owners, insurance companies, industry, and oil & gas production companies regarding claims of property damage, personal injury, construction, and contract disputes.
