Elaina Leith is a Paralegal in the Tampa office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, L.L.C. She supports the firm’s construction defect team led by Partner Christopher Hall, assisting in the defense of general contractors and subcontractors.

Elaina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy from the University of Tampa in 2023. While completing her degree, she worked part-time to gain practical experience and later built a background in insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Elaina enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family.
