George Duncan is a partner at the Tampa office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, LLC. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa, George graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law, where he was an Article Editor for the Law Review and a member of the Business Review.

After two years of clerking at the First District Court of Appeal, George joined the firm in 2019. He has represented individuals, small business owners, global corporations, and insurance companies in a wide array of civil litigation defense matters including premises liability, automobile and trucking negligence, products liability, and wrongful death, as well as appellate proceedings.
