Jasmine Petrishin is an Associate in the Tampa office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, L.L.C. She primarily represents clients in construction defect litigation, defending general contractors and subcontractors as part of the firm’s construction defect team led by Partner Christopher Hall. She also handles claims involving water infiltration, and storm-related damage, as well as bodily injury cases including automobile accidents, construction site injuries, slip and falls/trip and falls, and negligent security claims.

Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, where she was active in the International Law Society, Women’s Law Society, and Child Advocacy.

Originally from Niagara Falls, New York, Jasmine now enjoys spending time at the beach, snorkeling and shelling. In her free time, she loves to travel, play golf, practice yoga, and try new recipes.
