Khin is an associate at the Tampa office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. While in law school, she was an executive board member of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal, Secretary of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Association, and Networking Chair for the Black Law Students Association. She also received a Book Award in Commercial Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Khin was an associate at a large insurance defense firm, where she handled auto accident and premises liability matters.
