Skilled and accomplished Firm Administrator with 30+ years’ experience in the legal industry, overseeing all aspects of law firm administration, including finance and accounting, operations, information technology, human resources, marketing, facilities management, lease administration, and office buildouts.
Tracy provides strategic and operational leadership for the firm’s daily administrative functions while aligning local initiatives with firm-wide business objectives. She oversees office operations, facilities and space planning, vendor relationships, legal support staffing, and administrative services to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality operations.
Her responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, administering leases, and leading office expansions, relocations, and buildout projects. Tracy partners closely with firm leadership and cross-functional departments, including Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology, and Marketing, to deliver exceptional administrative support, maintain operational consistency, and uphold firm policies and confidentiality standards. In addition, Tracy leads talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, employee relations, and professional development initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and organizational success. She contributes to firm committees, strategic initiatives, and special projects, supporting continuous improvement and the achievement of long-term business goals.
Tracy has been an active volunteer with the Board of Directors for the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since 2019, serving in four leadership roles. In March 2026, she was elected by her peers to serve as President of the Suncoast Chapter of ALA for a two-year term. Since 2023, she has also served as a Director on the ALA Statewide Team, representing five counties across Florida.
A Tampa, Florida native, Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Tracy enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, boating, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her family, friends and aussiedoodle.
