Travis L. Garrison
Travis L. Garrison is an attorney based in the New Orleans office of Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, LLC. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar (2011) and the Florida Bar (2014) and practices in both states. He has tried cases and handled appeals in both states. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit and U.S. Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Jefferson Bar Association.
His primary practice areas include premises liability, restaurant liability, automobile accidents, general negligence, personal injury, workers’ compensation, contract disputes, property damage and warranty claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
Travis’s education includes an undergraduate degree in Business from Louisiana State University (2007) and a Juris Doctorate with honors from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (2011), where he served on the Law Review Board as a managing editor. Publications include The EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule: Administrative Necessity Avoiding or Pursuing Absurd Results?, 56 Loy. L. Rev. 685 (2010).
Travis is married with one daughter and one son. He serves the local community as a member of the Men’s Club at his daughter’s school. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, brewing beer and fishing.
